FAQ's

What is your delivery time?

    I will do my best to ship out purchases on the next business day.  You will  receive a confirmation email with tracking when your item ships.  If for some reason I am unable to ship as stated, I will send you an email regarding the new shipping date.

Shipping:  I usually ship USPS and will provide you with a tracking#.  If necessary I can ship UPS, please let me know this at the time you place your order.  If the amount you were charged for shipping ends up being less than what the actual shipping cost, I will issue you a refund.  

Will you do custom requests?

   Requests are always welcome, and I will do the best I can to accommodate your request.

If I am purchasing a gift, can you gift wrap it for me and send it?

     Absolutely!  At check out, please indicate that your purchase is a gift and that you would like it gift wrapped.  Be sure to include what you want written on the card, and if it will be shipping to a different address make sure you indicate that in the "ship to" portion of the check out.

What is your return policy?

     If for some reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your item for a full refund within 2 weeks of your purchase. The item must be un-used and in the original condition as it was received. You are responsible for your return shipping costs.  Please return the purchase to: Brenda Geiger, 10 Duxbury Lane, Dearborn, MI 48120.  Prior to shipping your return please email me at Brenda@BrendaGeigerDesigns  so that I know the reason for the return and when to expect it.  Once I receive your return, and have inspected the item, the full refund will be issued.
